Dr. Majd is a family medicine physician who sees patients at UW Neighborhood Factoria Clinic. Dr. Majd has always believed in looking beyond symptoms and treating the “whole person. After completing his medical training at Tehran University of Medical Sciences his enthusiasm for complementary medicine saw him come to Washington State and achieve his Masters of Science in Acupuncture at Bastyr University. Dr. Majd continued his affiliation with Bastyr as clinical faculty throughout his Family Medicine Residency at the University of Washington, and is accredited by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and the American Association of Medical Acupuncture.
